Meet Fordham McElroy, aka Mac TREC #22599
Fordham Retired from the US Navy Reserves construction force after serving twenty-one years as a Seabee. He has a total of 36 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. Fordham is also a bi vocation pastor and a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Fordham is a Texas Real Estate Commission Licensed Professional.

- Appointments Available Monday – Saturday.
- Prices based on square feet. 1-900 $250, 901-1200 $300.00, 1201-1600 $350.00. 1601-2000 $400.00, and 2001-2500 $450.00. 2501-up call for price.
- Homes with crawl space foundations are an additional $50.00. Outbuildings are additional costs based on size if requested to inspect.

Comments: He was so very courteous and patient throughout this whole process. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and why he was doing it. He was very patient with my endless questions and took the time to make sure I understood the explanation. He explained how things worked or were supposed to work and what he would do to fix an issue. He also let me know if it was an issue that needed immediate attention or if it could wait a while. That was very helpful. The inspector was very thorough in the inspection process and took pictures to document the inspection accurately. I was very pleased with the professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy of the inspector.
