Fordham retired from the US Navy Reserves construction force after serving twenty-one years as a Seabee. He has 40 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. Fordham is also a retired bi-vocational pastor and a Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary graduate. Fordham is a Texas Real Estate Commission Licensed Professional.

- Prices are based on square feet. 1-900 $325, 901-1200 $375.00, 1201-1600 $400.00. 1601-2000 $450.00, and 2001-2500 $500.00. 2501-up call for price.
- VA / FHA Water well testing $225.00 up to 11-day processing. Expited five-day processing $325.00
- Standard water well test $100.00
- Pool inspections $50.00
- Homes with crawl space foundations are an additional $50.00.
- Outbuildings are additional costs based on size if requested to inspect.
- Drone services are available; contact for price.
